Are you going to lay up your car for winter or put it to pasture for a while?

If you want to temporarily deregister your vehicle, please bring us the notification part of your registration certificate. We will print out a new registration certificate with the decommissioning information. While a vehicle is decommissioned from traffic, neither taxes nor third-party insurance charges have to be paid.

The decommissioning application must be done on the same day on which the decommissioning is to start. The application cannot be done in advance or in arrears.
